240ml/8 fl. oz Milk
240ml/8 fl. oz Double Cream
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

Combine peanut butter and sugar in a large bowl.  Blend until smooth.  Add the milk. Mix at a low speed until the mixture is smooth and the sugar has dissolved.  Stir in the cream and vanilla extract.  Pour mixture into an ice cream maker.  Churn until frozen, about 20 minutes.  Scoop out of ice cream maker and place in a storage container.  Store in freezer for 8 or more hours before serving.

Squeeze dough, about 4-inch long strips, into the hot oil.

Fry 3 or 4 strips at a time until golden brown, turning once, about 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. Mix the sugar and cinnamon.  Roll churros in sugar/cinnamon mix or put churros and sugar/cinnamon mix in medium plastic or sterile paper bag and shake until covered.

Serve and enjoy.

Just experimenting I tried making the Libby’s pumpkin roll and using the Tom Sawyer flour and it worked very well.Everyone loved it.
