iloveme Asked: Gluten free San Diego?
So in March I found out i have a gluten intolerance so we started a gluten free diet. But 1-4 times a week i would have some stuff with gluten. at restaurants, it is a little hard because their gluten free menu's don't really have stuff with pasta or bread. which is what i want. it is usually like grilled chicken or something. So I was wondering if their are any restaurants in san diego that has many gluten free options. and that the food is good and not expensive. thanks 🙂
