How to make gluten free banana bread

How to make gluten free banana bread 🙂 Prep time is about 15-20 minutes and cook time is a total of an hour and 20 minutes.

Gluten Free Banana Bread Recipe

  • 1 stick of margarine or butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 medium sized bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp Gluten Free vanilla
  • 2 tsp Gluten Free baking powder
  • 2 cups rice flour

Preheat oven to 325.  Combine sugar and butter in a large bowl.  Add the bananas, eggs, and vanilla.  Mix it all together.  Mix baking powder and rice flour together in a separate bowl.  Pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix thoroughly.  Put in 9×5 bread pan.  Bake 1 hour, 20 minutes.
