Ever since going gluten-free a few weeks ago, I have been flat-out MEAN. I am crabby all the time, almost as if I were PMSing. I don’t have a whole lot of food cravings other than cookies, which I am having an abnormal desire for, but the moodiness and just general cranky attitude 24/7 is getting really old. Why am I feeling this mean, and what can I do about it?

It may be that you have reduced your sugar intake when you changed your diet. There are often gluten free things such as chocolate biscuits available – these are certainly available where I live. Try something like this and it may help.
