Of course there are the Amy’s dinners at Ozark Natural Foods and some Harps. We like the Mexican dinners and some of their Indian meals. Recently I have found the Smart Ones frozen dinners at Harps and WalMart. I think that is the name. They are in red boxes and carry good ingredient labels. I always look for wheat on the allergens part which is printed in bold letters at the end of the list. I like their Santa Fe Rice and Beans and there is a chicken and rice meal that is good also. They have a number of meals that do have wheat so you have to check.
