I doubt that number can be determined. You might try contacting one of the celiac centers associated with a university such as the University of Maryland or Columbia.

The other way to come up with some sort of figure is to use the fact that approximately 1 in 133 people have celiac disease. So if you know how many children there are under 18 (census) and divide by 133 you would find out how many potentially have celiac disease. Estimate that maybe only 1 percent are diagnosed in a given year and that will give you a number to work with.
